Description We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Clovis, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in driving marketing initiatives for a portfolio of over 150 properties. If you have a passion for digital marketing and enjoy crafting compelling campaigns, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute online marketing strategies across platforms such as Craigslist and other property-focused websites.

Create and distribute engaging flyers and other promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.

Manage and expand the company's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

Coordinate email campaigns to effectively reach target audiences and communicate key messages.

Assist in planning and executing events to promote properties and connect with potential clients.

Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns.

Ensure content is aligned with branding guidelines and appeals to the intended audience.

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives for marketing activities.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into marketing efforts.

Support additional marketing activities as needed to meet organizational objectives. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.

Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

Strong skills in creating marketing materials, such as flyers and promotional content.

Experience with email campaign tools and strategies.

Ability to plan and coordinate events to support marketing objectives.

Familiarity with online platforms like Craigslist and other property-focused websites.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
