Job Summary and Qualifications
JOB TITLE - Manager, MSP Finance Operations
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Manager, MSP Finance Operations serves as a subject matter expert in MSP financial processes and provides both operational and strategic leadership. This role ensures accurate and timely billing to client facilities and prompt payment to vendors while maintaining strong financial controls.
This position partners closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams, delivering a high level of customer service. The Manager oversees daily finance operations, identifies process improvement opportunities, and drives efficiency through standardization and automation.
Additionally, this role is responsible for coaching and developing team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture, and effectively communicating with leadership. Success requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.
REPORTS TO: AVP, MSP Finance Ops
SUPERVISES: Finance Analyst and Program Professionals
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
Implement and sustain departmental best practices to meet key performance indicators.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting.
Analyze trends and recurring issues; partner with Program Teams and ITG to resolve.
Plan and prioritize work to consistently meet or exceed deadlines.
Promote a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
Serve as a liaison across internal teams.
Maintain responsiveness to emails and requests.
Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Values.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: This position requires the following minimal requirements:

PC Skills - demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as required.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma and/or GED required, Bachelors preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-5 years working in a Customer Service @type position,
preferably within the Healthcare staffing field.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS **-
· Requires prolonged sitting and exert up to 30 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs frequently.
· Requires and some bending, stooping, and stretching
· Require eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
· Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
· Require dexterity to @type at least 40 WPM
· Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, general office products
