Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Capitola, California, on a contract basis. This role involves supporting a forensic mental health program that serves individuals connected to the justice system. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless clinic operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication with clients, clinicians, and external agencies.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.

Coordinate communication between clients, clinicians, and judicial system partners.

Support scheduling and calendar management for staff and client appointments.

Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools to manage workflows efficiently.

Assist with Livescan fingerprinting and other onboarding processes as needed.

Collaborate with staff to address operational challenges and implement solutions.

Uphold confidentiality standards when managing sensitive client information.

Provide administrative support to ensure timely delivery of mental health services. Requirements - At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or mental health services.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with specialized software systems used in mental health or forensic settings.

Experience with Livescan fingerprinting processes.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented and empathetic approach.

Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges and adapting to program needs.
