Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing support, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Manufacturing to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Manufacturing, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Manufacturing

Location: San Jose, CA

Rate: $30-$33/hr

What's the Job?

Support the hiring process for manufacturing candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Provide high-level in-person customer service to candidates and hiring managers.

Manage interview scheduling and coordinate candidate travel arrangements as needed.

Verify details of job postings in the applicant tracking system and create offer letters.

Initiate pre-hire onboarding activities and maintain accurate data entry and file management.

What's Needed?

2-3 years of experience in administrative operations within staffing or HR functions.

Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume activities.
