Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to oversee credentialing and access control operations at our client's on-site location in Rome, Georgia. This long-term contract position plays a critical role in ensuring a secure and efficient environment through meticulous record-keeping and exceptional customer service. The role operates Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours to meet operational demands.

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the access control and badging system, ensuring accurate onboarding and record management for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.

Capture and upload photo identification records with a focus on accuracy and high-quality standards.

Regularly monitor badge records to identify outdated or non-compliant credentials and coordinate necessary updates.

Assign and manage access levels in alignment with client requirements and departmental permissions.

Collaborate with the on-site Security Manager to uphold security protocols and procedures.

Safeguard sensitive employee and security data by maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity.

Maintain an adequate inventory of badging supplies and coordinate timely restocking.

Provide detail-oriented, customer-focused service in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or similar client-facing roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to operate PC-based cameras and related software.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
