Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Shift: Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am (EOWN).

** Training on Monday-Wednesday, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am (FOWN).

What's the Job?

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated production equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Ensure safety compliance by identifying and correcting unsafe conditions related to electrical safety, shielding, guarding, and emergency stops.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and adjust requirements as needed to minimize downtime.

Provide training and mentorship to production associates on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, enhance quality, and improve customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent; advanced education in a scientific field is a plus.

3-5 years of technical mechanical and/or electrical experience or a combination of education and experience.

Ability to troubleshoot automated equipment, electronics, sensors, motors, servos, and pneumatics.

Strong mechanical skills with the ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex equipment.

Proficiency with hand and power tools, and knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
