Account Systems Administrator

HOW A SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

? Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.

? Creates, deletes and modify customer accounts.

? Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.

? Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.

? Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

? Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

? Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science

? Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience

? Required Technical Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Data Entry

? Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

? Preferred Skills: Ticketing System, Active Directory, Customer Service

? Location: On Site

? Certification: IAT Level 1

? Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 11pm - 7am

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $39.11 - $52.90. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
