The intern will work closely with the Quality Assurance Team to learn and understand the software development life cycle (SDLC) by assisting in translating requirements into test cases and analyzing testing results. Assist in creating manual test cases based on software requirements to provide traceability.2. Help execute functional, system, and regression testing of proprietary and custom software.3. Learn to report and track software defects using issue-tracking tools like Atlassian Jira.4. Assist in the verification of fixes and perform follow-up activities to ensure issues are resolved.5. Help track test metrics and contribute to the generation of status reports.6. Participate in design specification reviews and observe defect triage meetings.7.
