Mortgage Support Associate (MOSA)

Start Date - 5/12

Training Hours - 8:00AM to 4:30PM CST/EST (In Respective Time Zone)

Shift - 8:00AM to 4:30PM CST/EST (In Respective Time Zone)

Hybrid Schedule

Hybrid onsite 2 days per week - need to be able to work any days onsite since specific days are undetermined

Be prepared to be onsite for the duration of training if equipment is delayed or if there are any issues getting set up. In a perfect world, everything goes well during their first onsite onboarding day and they are released to the Hybrid Teleworking schedule

NO TIME OFF IN THE 1st 6 MONTHS - NO EXCEPTIONS

Job Description

Pull tasks requesting data and documents for mortgage loans and complete the orders, follow-ups or other actions necessary to complete the order.

Includes written and verbal communication with Vendors and other company employees.

A high level of attention to detail is necessary to complete the orders to completion.

This is a foundational position providing opportunity to learn company mortgage practices and creates the ability to move through Admin and into other Home Lending areas as business allows.

Create initial disclosures for applications that have met requirements.

Reviewing the purchase contract is the biggest piece of this puzzle so ability to comprehend contract details is a must.

While this piece is taught a strong attention to detail or experience in industries which provided opportunity to review documents is a plus.

Another foundational area providing time to learn the mortgage process and gain experience to move around Home Lending as business allows

Pay: $16.50/HR | $24.75 (OT)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
