This role supports the Head of Market Access Shared Services and the broader Market Access Shared Services organization, providing day-to-day operational and administrative coordination across a dynamic, cross-functional team. The position also supports the Head of Trade and both home office and field-based Trade teams.
This coordinator serves as a connective hub across the organization - managing meeting logistics, maintaining agendas, and ensuring workstreams stay on track and within agreed-upon parameters. A core responsibility includes entering, maintaining, and managing contracts across the Shared Services and Trade functions, supporting the full contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and ongoing administration.
The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to interface effectively with Shared Services and Trade leadership and their departments, as well as key internal partners including Legal, Finance, and People & Culture, among others. Success in this role depends on the ability to navigate a matrixed environment, prioritize competing demands, and serve as a reliable point of coordination for senior leaders and their teams.

Main Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive administrative support across the organization by leveraging digital platforms and AI-enabled tools to manage calendars, coordinate travel, process expense reports, prepare contracts, maintain records, and oversee project tracking in alignment with established workflows and compliance standards.
Oversee budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation activities across Shared Services, Trade & Channel, and General Medicines, including management of project P&L, expense tracking, contracts, and sponsorship and membership obligations.
Coordinate and support team project activities end-to-end, including logistics planning, stakeholder communications, and participant registration for internal and external events such as off-sites, Town Halls, customer engagements, and Plan of Action meetings.
Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies to enhance team effectiveness and ways of working.
Develop and maintain proficiency across Sanofi's internal platforms and systems, serving as a resource to help team members navigate tools and processes effectively.
Manage and maintain document repositories, including shared drives and Teams sites, ensuring organizational charts, rosters, and key records remain accurate and current.
Support the seamless integration of new team members by facilitating onboarding activities and ensuring access to relevant resources and information.
Maintain thorough project documentation and records to support audit readiness and ongoing compliance with Sanofi policies and standard operating procedures.
About You
Education:
A Highschool Diploma required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
Work Experience:
A minimum of three to five years of relevant administrative, coordination, or operational experience is preferred, ideally within a corporate or life sciences environment.
Skills & Competencies:
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time management capabilities, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Effective project management skills are essential, including the ability to track deliverables, manage timelines, and support multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Candidates should also demonstrate practical experience with AI-enabled tools and digital platforms, reflecting an ability to leverage emerging technologies to drive efficiency and improve ways of working.

The salary range for this position is:
$36.81 - $49.08
