How you'll make an impact in this role

Assess, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans, ensuring accurate clinical documentation within Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) to support continuity of care.

Coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team, serving as a primary liaison to ensure seamless care coordination and alignment with physician-directed treatment plans.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition changes promptly, enabling timely clinical decisions and enhancing patient safety and quality improvement outcomes.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to execute care plans, administer treatments, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Endo, OR, PreOp, PACU, Med Surg, or Critical Care RN experience preferred.
