What you'll do...
Asset Protection Security
Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices, guidelines, and environmental health and safety laws and regulations. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities:
Supports facility security staff
Monitors and maintains access control equipment
Employee Health and Safety
Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance, safety and food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspections, and emergency evacuation plans. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities:
Accesses organizational resources to address business-specific health and safety hazards
Supports the implementation of industry-specific and OSHA guidelines
Highlights risks related to employee health and safety to facility management
Addresses health and safety issues within assigned scope of responsibility
Maintains a directory of emergency response personnel and locations
Contacts emergency services when required
Conducts compliance, safety, and food safety audits
Performs daily facility and food safety inspections
Creates audit reports
Acts as an associate interface for workers' compensation matters
Obtains required documentation
Analyzes and reports claims that may require resolution
Partnership Collaboration
Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, engagement techniques, and stakeholder management methods. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities:
Owns delivery of assigned project tasks
Supports process updates and changes
Resolves basic business issues
Demonstrates functional knowledge of the supported business unit
Data and Digital Literacy
Possesses knowledge of data collection methods, digital applications and systems, and data governance. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities:
Gathers and interprets data and information in digital environments
Creates reports using existing models and templates
Uses technology to execute transactional activities
Reviews data across systems to ensure completeness and quality
Identifies opportunities to automate tasks using technologies such as RPA, AI, or cloud-based tools
EHS Training Delivery
Possesses knowledge of training methodologies, content development processes, and organizational training lifecycles. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities:
Supports instructors or facilitators in training programs
Collects feedback from training participants
Applies organizational training methodologies and lifecycle standards
Maintains repositories of training benchmarks and best practices
Explains relevant processes and procedures to contractors

Possesses knowledge of verbal and nonverbal communication techniques, situational awareness, communication channels, and interpersonal relationship building. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities:
Communicates clearly and concisely within scope of work

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.55 - $26.05The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
