Our client, an educational organization dedicated to workforce development, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting the enrollment department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistants

Location: Coachella, CA

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 8AM-5:00PM Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

Collect and review student enrollment information, including high school diplomas and financial documents.

Conduct student orientations, provide facility tours, and answer prospective student inquiries.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to organizational policies.

Participate in staff meetings, providing recommendations and supporting team collaboration.

What's Needed?

Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency required.

Experience with automated student financial aid systems preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
