Your Key Responsibilities

Provide autonomous administrative support for a dedicated team or Manager in the organization.

Organiz e the office, assist to optimize procedures, sort and distribute communications (i.e. inbound/outbound correspondence, visitors, effective information flow).

Handle administrative requests and queries, and organize/schedule appointments, plan meetings and take minutes.

Take over time and travel management, and/or travel expenses for team members or Manager.

Coordinate with other departments, and/or maintain relationships with external parties as involved (i.e. suppliers, customers, authorities).

Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information, and assist in the preparation of qualified reports or presentations .

Your Qualifications

Associate's degree or in administration, office management, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling internal and external correspondence.

Familiarity with maintaining records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with different departments and maintain professional relationships with external partners such as suppliers, customers, and authorities.

High level of discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information.
