Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Emeryville, California. In this role, you will provide essential support through a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to organizational efficiency while showcasing your multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks, including copying, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

Manage inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate departments with professionalism.

Assist with data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in company systems.

Handle receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.

Support the team by preparing documents and reports as needed.

Coordinate schedules and meetings to optimize team productivity.

Maintain organized office spaces and supplies to facilitate smooth operations.

Collaborate on additional responsibilities based on experience, such as accounting or legal support. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing office communications.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent interpersonal and receptionist skills.

Ability to handle filing and document management efficiently.

Proficient in office software and tools, including word processing and spreadsheets.
