About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Geriatric Care , you will work with a team of well-established healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will:

Have more time with your senior primary care patients during 30-minute encounter times

Provide care to our patients during either a 4 x 10hr day or 5 x 8hr day workweek. (No On-Call responsibilities)

You will practice in a beautiful area of town at Buffalo Clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada

Use EPIC - our organization wide state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record

What you'll bring:

2+ Years APP Experience

APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one

Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$56.76 - $87.59
