We have an exciting opening for an A-Line Cell Operator in Hicksville, OH. This position is responsible for honing, assembly, testing and packing of valves. Following specific methods and standards. Rotating through jobs in the cell as required and operates machinery as dictated by operation.

Your main responsibilities:

Interpret assembly drawings, instructions and bills of material to bank, hone and assemble, test or pack product.

Responsible for adjustment, gaging and maintaining tolerance for honing machine.

Hydraulic testing utilizing test stand equipment.

Use of various measuring instruments as necessary to ensure quality.

Skill in troubleshooting.

Computer use and data accuracy.

Use of torque wrenches and impact guns.

Frequent lifting (25lbs) and moving of product.

Maintain the highest degree of quality, quantity, throughput, safety, cost reduction and customer service continuously.

Perform these duties and others as requested.

High School diploma or equivalent

Excellent attendance record.
