Our client, a leading organization in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Lead, Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Lead, Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead, Warehouse Associate

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $23/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM

What's the Job?

Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity and efficiency

Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures

Guide team in understanding and adhering to housekeeping and safety requirements

Oversee inventory levels, perform merchandise reconciliation, and manage supplies

Handle problem resolution to maximize associate performance and safety compliance

What's Needed?

4+ years of warehouse experience required.

2+ years experience in a supervisory or leadership role required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

High school diploma or equivalent

Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
