The OpportunityAs part of the Operations and Strategy team you will lead the strategic direction and execution of the Industry Program Quarterback initiatives. As a Director you will set the tone for business growth, mentor future leaders, and maintain impactful client relations while overseeing multiple projects that drive success across the organization.Responsibilities- Set the tone for collaboration and innovation across teams- Identify and address challenges to enhance operational efficiency- Promote a culture of integrity and excellence in service delivery- Drive initiatives that support the overall strategic direction of the firmWhat You Must Have- High School Diploma- 8 years of experience in professional services, corporate strategy, industry operations, pharma & life sciences, health services, or a similar business environmentWhat Sets You Apart- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Marketing preferred- Demonstrating thought leadership in industry strategy- Managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders- Excelling in analytical, organizational, and communication skills- Developing thought leadership or market insights- Understanding professional services go-to-market strategies- Staying ahead of industry trends and market signals- Overseeing execution of key events for client experiences- Sharing industry program practices with peers
The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
