As a Finance Leader for our Measurement Systems & Solutions North America business, based in Houston, TX, you will play a critical role in shaping financial performance, strengthening business insights, and enabling strategic decision-making across a dynamic and growing portfolio. This highly visible role partners closely with regional and global leaders to deliver rigorous financial planning, clear performance visibility, and strong operational discipline. By combining analytical depth with a collaborative, people-focused leadership approach, you will help drive sustainable growth, improve profitability, and support transformational initiatives across the business.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Serve as the primary financial partner for the MSS business, advising on strategy and growth priorities.
Lead long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
Provide insights on revenue trends, margins, pricing, and portfolio performance for both the projects driven business and the services business.
Deliver accurate P&L reporting and ownership for MSS North America.
Analyze project profitability, utilization, and operational KPIs.
Identify risks, opportunities, and productivity levers to achieve financial targets.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance.
Optimize forecasting and financial modeling processes.
Partner with Sales and Operations to drive deal governance and margins.
Collaborate with leaders across, Sales, HR, Delivery, and Finance.
Support transformation initiatives across AI, automation, and digital finance.
Ensure alignment with global FP&A and corporate direction.
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team of 3-4 people + working with GFS/Enterprise and other MSOL Finance teams.
Foster a culture of accountability and analytical excellence.
Mentor talent and build succession pipelines.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in leadership
Strong FP&A expertise with P&L ownership
Experience in Project Accounting & Lifecycle Services Business
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience in Microsoft ecosystem or cloud services
Familiarity with project-based accounting and ASC 606
Experience with systems like Power BI & Oracle
