JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Marcus Theatres is seeking a dynamic, Part
Time Marketing Media Intern eager to dive into the fast-paced world of
business and gain hands-on experience. In this exciting role, you\'ll
collaborate closely with the Marketing team to craft innovative programs
that captivate audiences, boost brand recognition, and enhance customer
loyalty-all while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate loves
customer service, has a strong attention to detail, and has the ability
to work part time (25 hours per week) during the remainder of the 2026
Spring Semester and through the summer out of our corporate office in
Milwaukee. As part of the Marcus Corporation, Marcus Theatres has
proudly entertained audiences since our first theatre opened in Ripon,
WI, back in 1935. Now, as the fourth-largest theatre circuit in the
U.S., we bring the magic of movies to life with 995 screens across 79
locations in 17 states, operating under Marcus Theatres, Movie Tavern by
Marcus, and BistroPlex brands. At Marcus Theatres, our passion is

who bring these experiences to life for every moviegoer. What you will
be doing: Support the Social Media Marketing team with content ideation,
planning, and creation to drive engagement across platforms. Assist with
organizing and maintaining social media assets, files, and content
libraries to ensure efficient team workflows. Create communications and
resources for internal teams and field locations to guide the
development, placement, and use of promotional digital materials.
Develop well-designed presentation decks to support new projects and
recaps. Work with the team to analyze market data (campaign results,
conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing
strategies. Collaborate with multiple departments (Sales, Operations,
Film) to ensure guest needs are met. All other duties as assigned. What
we are looking for: Prior marketing experience is a plus but not
required. Photography/videography experience is a plus but not required.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications,
or a related field and have completed coursework in marketing
communications, public relations, advertising, or business writing.
Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities. Motivated,
creative, and strategic thinker who takes initiative to learn and
contribute. Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment. Exceptional organizational, time
management, and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and
communication abilities. Proficient with computers, internet usage, and
Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Willing and
motivated to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet the
