Pay: $37.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Manages complex scopes with a full understanding of the daily operations of site personnel, chemistry, reporting, budget, and maintenance programs. This position will be responsible for the oversight of small, medium, and large single on-site customer contract operations on a day-to-day basis.

Provide the information from leadership (planning, scheduling, coordinating, assigning, and directing) to the Field Service Reps ensuring that all the contract terms, conditions, requirement, and standards of a contract are satisfactorily managed.

Requirements:

Oversight of large multi sites/contract operations, ensuring compliance with formal contractual obligations and performance criteria.

O&M projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual, operational, maintenance and profitability requirements.

Plan, develop and implement strategies for operational management that meet the agreed contract performance requirements within budget and timeframes.

Strong business acumen and understanding of contract language, terms, and conditions

Assist project developers in pursuing new business and contract renewal

Manages up to 20 or more direct and indirect reports with operational budget of 5 million dollars or more

Prepares internal and external reports

Pay Details: $37.00 per hour
