Our Client in South Haven, Michigan, is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in an office environment for a food manufacturing company.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Location: South Haven, Michigan

Pay Range: DOE

What's the Job?

Answering phones, directing calls and greeting visitors

Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Collecting and distributing mail

Performing data entry and closing jobs within the ERP system and maintaining all procedural manuals

Maintaining all office and lunchroom supplies entailing inventory control, ordering, stocking and communicating with vendors.

Coordinate all activities with the cleaning service, yard service, snow removal, inspectors and office equipment vendors.

What's Needed?

Previous admin assistant experience required

Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency in mind

Willingness to communicate across functional areas to communicate and problem solve when needed

Strong computer skills including Word, Excel with the ability to learn internal ERP system

Positive attitude, great attendance, self-motivated and trustworthy to handle sensitive information
