Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Electrical ConstructionJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in the AZ branch. This role primarily involves supporting a confidential data center client with potential growth opportunities to a director-level position. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly in electrical construction and data centers.

Responsibilities

Provide safety leadership.

Administer contracts.

Set up projects.

Coordinate and schedule site labor.

Manage budgeting and estimating.

Oversee documentation, submittals, and operations and maintenance.

Coordinate purchasing and sub-contracts.

Track production.

Ensure quality control and quality assurance.

Control project costs and billing.

Forecast project costs to complete.

Manage project change orders.

Closeout projects.

Maintain internal and external communication.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

5+ years of project management experience in semiconductor or data center projects.

Experience in electrical construction, preferably with an electrical contractor.

Proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam.

Knowledge of medium-high voltage, construction management, electrical engineering.

Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, and Primavera.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Strong management and human relations skills.

Excellent financial analytical skills.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and effective team player.

Work Environment

The position is based onsite at a data center project from Monday to Friday, with typical hours ranging from 45-50 hours per week. The main office is located in Mesa, AZ. The company provides a vehicle or allowance, a phone or allowance, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $180000.00/yr.

Company culture is very strong Medical, dental, and vision insurance - if they are covered by spouse OEG will still pay them a stipend Company paid term life insurance and AD&D coverage 401k retirement plan with employer match and company contribution - up to 10% match PTO accrual of up to 120 hours in a full year (subject to plan terms thereafter) 7 company paid holidays
