Join our Raymond Team as a Manufacturing Engineer!

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Manufacturing Engineer who brings enthusiasm, energy and a technical mindset to the table. In this role, you’ll support Manufacturing Engineering functions including current process optimization, introduction of new technology into manufacturing, and continually improving safety, quality, and productivity, while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:

Improve production processes by driving efficiency to best utilize company resources.

Proactively identify continuous improvement activities within manufacturing to help our Associates work safely while increasing the quality of our products.

Engage with stakeholders throughout manufacturing to increase the productivity of operations to deliver Toyota’s customer the best value.

Support organizational initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our operations while supporting the community within which we live.

Support manufacturing to investigate and eliminate downtime within the assigned area.

Develop process controls and standardization to deliver best in class results for our customers, both internal and external.

Have applicable knowledge of lean manufacturing practices within the Toyota Production System to improve material flow and inventory levels, reducing lead-times and improving safety.

Strive to become the technical expert for the assigned support area and proactively identify and improve issues before problems occur.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.

Proficient written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization to advance your goals.

Understanding of Toyota Lean Principles and how to implement them.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Ability to analyze layouts and design fixtures and tooling using Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD, or Catia.

Strong technical experience with troubleshooting capability and willingness to work hands-on.

Strong work ethic, intrinsically motivated, ability to organize work and execute concurrent projects.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Commitment to lifelong learning and process improvement.

Ability to convey complex information in an understandable format.

Where and When You’ll Work:

This is an in-person role located at our Greene, NY office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $65,440 - $106,845 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
