Job Title: Construction AdministratorJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Administrator to support our Construction Administration team. In this role, you will assist with managing submittals, RFIs, and project documentation while providing vital organizational and administrative support to ensure smooth project workflows.

Responsibilities

Assist the Construction Administration team with processing submittals and RFIs.

Organize, track, and maintain construction documents and project records.

Provide administrative support to enhance efficiency across project management activities.

Coordinate with architectural and design teams to communicate project updates and ensure alignment.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in architectural design principles and construction administration processes.

Experience with Revit and familiarity with schematic design.

Strong project management and data entry abilities.

Excellent organizational skills and administrative support capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience in design development and architectural project management is a plus.

Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, providing flexibility and work-life balance. Our office is located in Uptown next to the Knights Stadium, surrounded by dining and entertainment options. The space will soon undergo a full renovation to further enhance our already beautiful work environment.

We are a 30-person team, with approximately 95% of our work focused on multi-family projects, primarily utilizing wood-frame construction.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
