Competitive Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Mandatory Overtime: One Saturday per month, 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

We're hiring a Warehouse Associate III, to support our Baltimore warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role with a mix of shipping, receiving, inventory management with a focus on efficiency and safety. If you like staying busy and being part of a team, this could be a good fit.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

Warehouse activities including receiving, picking, staging, palletizing, labeling, and preparing shipments for parcel and LTL carriers.

Ensure orders are pulled accurately, efficiently, and properly palletized.

Handle merchandise with appropriate care to prevent damage.

Perform cycle counts, location audits, and basic discrepancy investigations; escalate unresolved variances.

Use working knowledge of part numbers, SKUs, and material descriptions to support accurate picking, staging, and shipment verification.

Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (including pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, and similar equipment).

Practice and follow all required safety regulations as outlined in the Ann Sacks Safety Orientation Handbook.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Key Qualifications

Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.

Effective communication skills for warehouse processes.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Forklift experience and other material handling equipment including pallet jacks, pallet wrapper or similar; willingness to get forklift certified (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in senior-level warehouse work in distribution, logistics or a manufacturing environment (typically acquired through 3+ years of progressive experience).

Experience in a manufacturing environment or slab handling a plus.

Attention to detail and a focus on doing things safely.

Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays.

Physical Capability: Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including regularly lifting 0-50 lbs. and occasionally team lifting up to 90+ lbs., with frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion. Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet.

Safety Compliance: Ability to implement and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly within a manufacturing production environment and work effectively with team members across shifts and functions.

Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.

Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
