As a Contract Logistics Warehouse Team Lead at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. How you create impact

As the Warehouse Team Lead, Outbounds you will Lead and manage the outbound logistics team to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe order fulfillment within Kuehne + Nagel's global supply chain operations.

Coordinate, assign, and evaluate daily activities (picking, packing, staging, loading) to meet productivity and service benchmarks.

Develop team schedules, track attendance and KPIs, provide feedback and / or corrective actions.

Order Fulfillment & Inventory Accuracy

Verify outbound shipments against order specs, resolve discrepancies promptly.

Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inspections, and warehouse housekeeping.

Implement and optimize SOPs; identify inefficiencies and propose changes.

Contribute to business planning; align team operations with service-level goals.

Enforce OSHA and company safety/regulatory standards-equipment usage, PPE, lifting protocols.

Manage work schedules, overtime, and weekend coverage to ensure uninterrupted service.

Liaise with supervisors, internal departments (Procurement, Customer Care, Transportation), and external stakeholders.

Generate daily/weekly performance reports (order volumes, cycle counts, quality metrics).

What we would like you to bring

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must have a minimum of 2 years in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Must have forklift operation experience, basic technical and math skills.

Must work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (plus overtime as needed)

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-MB1
