Job Description :

As a Lead Warehouse Associate, you will inspire associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error-free. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Work in one or more process paths; receiving, picking, packing, or shipping.

Assign work and monitor group activities.

Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures, guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements.

Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies.

Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs.

Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.

Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

4+ years of progressive warehouse experience

Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor

Exp with Microsoft Office

Must be able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled

Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs

Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
