Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the SURFACE WARFARE SCHOOLS COMMAND of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL. Responsibilities You will perform duties to ensure the accurate, complete, and timely submission of personnel action data, information, and documents to the Human Resources Office (HRO). You will provide guidance and assistance to managers and supervisors on civilian personnel management matters involving staffing. You will plan and prepare manpower and organizational analyses/studies on a wide diversity of organization, functions and work processes. You will develop, maintain and distribute local instructions, manuals, work flow processes and procedures, regarding civilian manpower programs, requirements, and functions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing efficient, effective, and compliant processing of civilian manpower programs, requirements, and functions in accordance with established policies and procedures; 2) Performing data entry, submission, tracking, follow-up, and completion of personnel action requests and required documentation utilizing applicable systems, programs, applications and software; 3) Collecting, verifying, entering and retrieving ad hoc, civilian manpower data and information through memos, correspondence, emails, reports, etc.; 4) Performing training coordination, notification, tracking, maintenance, distribution, and submission of data and information.
