Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22/hr.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

What's a typical day as an Admin Assistant (Accounts Receivable)? You'll be:

Supporting daily administrative functions and assisting with accounts receivable tasks, reporting to office management

Performing data entry, filing, and general office duties in a fast-paced environment

Managing invoices, processing payments, and handling accounts reconciliation accurately and efficiently

Communicating professionally with clients, customers, and internal team members

Maintaining and organizing digital and paper files for streamlined operations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a minimum of two years of experience in accounts receivable

Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Possess experience with Sage Intacct and Versify (preferred; training provided if needed)

Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, effective multitasking skills, and attention to detail

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and external clients
