Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lake Worth, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Handle incoming calls in a courteous manner and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.

Manage receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, for basic data management and documentation.

Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is well-equipped.

Collaborate with team members to support various administrative needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

Construction experience preferred.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.

Adherence to a business casual dress code.
