Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in East Syracuse, New York. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls with care, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling and document management.

Maintain a well-organized office environment by coordinating supplies and resources.

Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming and attentive demeanor.

Handle receptionist duties, including directing calls and managing correspondence.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

Collaborate with team members to support project deadlines and priorities.

Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Address day-to-day operational needs promptly and effectively.

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles.

Proficiency in data entry and office management tasks.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and general office procedures.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
