Key Responsibilities

· Track vendor performance against key operational metrics (KPIs), SLAs, and contractual commitments, including on-time delivery, quality, efficiency, and cost.

· Identify performance gaps, address issues proactively, and collaborate with vendors to develop and implement corrective action plans.

· Maintain ongoing visibility into vendor risks, performance trends, and compliance with operational standards.

· Lead and deliver structured vendor governance routines, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

· Present performance insights, operational risks, financial impact, and strategic recommendations during governance meetings.

· Ensure adherence to governance standards, documentation accuracy, and follow-through on actions and commitments.

· Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendor partners to foster transparency, trust, and proactive communication.

· Facilitate issue resolution, conflict management, and escalation handling in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor operational matters.

· Partner with cross-functional teams-locally and globally-to drive continuous improvement across workflows, services, and operational processes.

· Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to reengineer processes, increase efficiency, and streamline vendor operations.

· Identify recurring operational gaps and implement scalable, standardized solutions across regions and business units.

· Proactively identify and program-manage strategic initiatives that address complex operational challenges.

· Coordinate with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Product, and Risk to align goals, manage communications, and ensure milestone and timeline delivery.

· Produce clear project documentation, risk assessments, and status reporting to ensure visibility and accountability.

· Manage escalations efficiently and effectively, following established procedures and ensuring timely risk mitigation.

· Assess escalation impact, coordinate cross-functional responses, and track resolution through completion.

· Ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future vendor processes and playbooks

Required Skills:

· 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing or client-facing role supporting vendor operations.

· 5+ years of experience managing operations, including performance, service delivery, or governance.

· Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.

· Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence organizational change across diverse teams, workflows, and global environments.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data modeling, insights development, and executive-level presentation skills.

· Demonstrated experience in Operations, Strategy & Planning, with strong program management capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.

Pay Details: $96.53 to $114.87 per hour
