Operating Technician Manufacturing Lead

This position is an essential part of Sherwin's manufacturing team. They assist the Operations Manager and/or Production Supervisor, in maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels while contributing to the safe and efficient production of consistently high-quality products according to the production plan and customer requirements as an operator. This position performs various manufacturing tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment.

Additional Information:

Weekend Day Shift: Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (8); Saturday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (12); Sunday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (12); Monday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (8)

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
