What You'll Do

As the go-to IT support resource, you'll provide end-to-end technical support for a large network project

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary support resource for network support

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining SLAs and best practices

Own new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup

Maintain and support standard and custom system images

Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access

Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards

Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6+ Months of experience in:

IT support environments

Experience in a professional IT Support position (helpdesk/desktop support)

Strong communication and customer service skills (over the phone experience preferred)

Proven experience following detailed instructions and documentation for support tasks

Windows Active Directory, Office 365

Ticketing systems and queue management

Network and hardware troubleshooting

VPN and access support

Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user device

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
