As a Security Officer - Receptionist in Three Rivers, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with staff and visitors, document observations, and respond to concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site employees, contractors, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, offices, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations.

Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, checking credentials and/or visitor logs as required, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, coordinating with on-site contacts, and documenting actions taken.

Complete required reports and logs, communicate notable activity to supervision and/or client representatives, and support security-related investigations by preserving observations and available information.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
