Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. This role offers the chance to deliver strong customer service and communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols throughout the location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting activity as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies.

Support emergency response activities, report maintenance or operational concerns observed during patrols, and communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
