Become familiar with all data systems used to correctly process student applications to the college. Proactively contact students as needed to verify data and correct/update data as needed.rrUnderstand UA-PTC registration and advising processes in order to facilitate students from the admissions process to enrollment.rrIn addition to general prospect/applicant case load, manage a specific admission program or student population such as Early College, International Students, Baptist Health, or Adult Education.rrUsing strong customer services skills, make appropriate service and resource referrals.rrMaintain and ensure confidentiality of student academic records and personal information.rAssist in college recruitment activities as requested.rrUnderstand the financial aid policies and processes and provide general information; understand general awards and scholarship processes.rrOther duties as assigned.rQualifications:rrBachelor\'s degree.
