As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and provide customer service with integrity and teamwork. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required under AU Driver Policy Requirements.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders at an aerospace and defense location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Control access by verifying identification, credentials, and authorization for entry, and by directing visitors to appropriate check-in processes.

Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as required by site procedures.

Complete written and/or electronic reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate notable events to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
