You will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, document security-related activity, and communicate clearly with onsite teams. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.

Control access at entry points by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing temporary badges when directed, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing arrivals to the proper check-in areas.

Monitor and report security-related activity using cameras, alarms, radios, phones, and access control systems, escalating concerns per post orders and documenting actions taken.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and/or public response resources as directed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry, identify unusual conditions, and report maintenance or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
