As a Security Officer - Access Control Post in OMAHA, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Allied Universal Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will support access control by greeting employees and visitors, verifying credentials, managing sign-in, and monitoring entry points for security-related concerns. You will remain visible, complete routine rounds nearby, and communicate clearly with on-site teams to help reduce incidents and keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.

Control access at entry points by checking identification and/or credentials, managing visitor registration and badge issuance, and maintaining required logs and reports.

Support shipping and receiving operations by coordinating truck check-in and/or check-out, verifying delivery and pickup information, and directing traffic flow per site policy.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and public services as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report hazards and/or maintenance concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Having customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
