As a Security Officer - Roving Patrol in Gaffney, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial food production location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site leaders and visitors, document observations, and respond to concerns with calm, customer-focused service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate contacts as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, logging visitors and/or contractors, and directing traffic flow for trucks and deliveries per site procedures.

Monitor and report unusual conditions using routine checks, radios, phones, and/or surveillance systems, and complete daily activity reports and incident reports as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
