As a Security Officer - Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Nashville, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with tenants and visitors, and respond to concerns with strong customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.

Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, supporting property rules and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and contacting emergency services when needed.

Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports, document observations, and communicate updates during shift change and/or as requested by client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 2+ years of security-related experience.

Be 21+ years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
