Pay Rate: $19.92 / Hour

Day Time

Mon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk location.

Monitor access to the property by verifying visitor information, assisting with sign-in processes, and communicating with hotel personnel regarding security-related concerns and/or unusual activity.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to hotel management and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Support front desk operations by observing lobby activity, documenting daily events and incidents, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and professional interaction.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
