Job Title: Test Technician

Job Description

Operate advanced flying probe test systems to conduct in-circuit and functional testing of PCB assemblies. Troubleshoot test failures to the component level, identifying root causes such as component defects, soldering issues, layout concerns, or firmware-related problems. Interpret schematics, assembly drawings, test reports, and engineering documentation to support diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Operate flying probe test systems for in-circuit and functional testing of PCB assemblies.

Troubleshoot test failures to the component level and identify root causes.

Interpret and analyze schematics, assembly drawings, test reports, and engineering documentation.

Maintain accurate material control within the work area.

Assemble electronic components, assemblies, and modules using various guides and process sheets.

Perform inspections of own work and provide timely feedback to other operations and management.

Follow and maintain accurate process documentation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Simi Valley, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
