Your Responsibilities
AI Enablement & Education
Teach teams how to use AI tools through training, demos, workshops, and office hours. Clearly and simply translating AI concepts tailored to the audience.
Adoption & Implementation Support
Guide rollout of AI agents and workflows, support user onboarding and ensure usability.
Strategic Partnerships & Opportunity Identification
partnerships with business teams to understand workflows and challenges, identify and qualify AI opportunities, document potential use cases.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Track adoption, gather feedback, and identify improvements.
Standards, Playbooks, & Reporting
Contribute to scalable enablement materials, documentations, and dashboards.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, communications, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with AI tools and concepts applied in a professional setting.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to train and enable others.
Comfort working with technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in data analysis, metric extraction, and reporting.
Organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about AI.
Your Team
This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Manager, AI Operations. This role is part of the AI Operations organization, working in close partnership with the AI Transformation & Innovation team, AI Ops engineers, and business stakeholders across Choice.
While AI Ops engineers focus on building and operating AI-enabled systems, the Co-Pilot Engineer focuses on people, adoption, and outcomes. Ensuring that AI tools, agents, and automations are effectively used and delivering measurable value.
Your Work Location
As our Co-Pilot Engineer 3, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we're located one block away from the North Bethesda Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $124,000 to $145,000 annually.
The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
