Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

Join our team as an Order Selector where you will primarily focus on hand-picking orders without the use of forklifts. You will work in a freezer environment maintained at approximately 0°F, with regular breaks to ensure comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

Read pick sheets to identify product locations and move products from palletized locations to your cart.

Maintain inventory records using paper and pen, transitioning to RF scanners by January.

Lift items weighing around 25lbs frequently, with occasional lifting up to 50lbs.

Work Environment

You will work in a freezer maintained at around 0°F. Regular breaks are encouraged, including additional breaks around lunchtime to ensure comfort. Warm clothing, including a jacket, bib, gloves, and hoodies, will be provided. Initially, overdressing is encouraged until you become accustomed to the cold conditions. The shift starts at 3:30 PM and generally lasts for 8 hours, with potential overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
