Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Mickleton, NJ. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the loading and unloading of trucks, preparing shipments, and managing documentation such as invoices and bills of lading. This role requires generating reports, using WMS/ERP software for data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

1st. shift: 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (overtime on Saturdays)

Responsibilities

Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks.

Prepare shipments and manage necessary documentation including invoices and bills of lading.

Generate reports and enter data using WMS/ERP software.

Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities.

Operate forklifts and other moving equipment.

Communicate effectively with team members and lead warehouse operations.

Essential Skills

1-3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution logistics.

Proficiency with WMS/ERP software and basic computer skills, including spreadsheets.

Ability to operate forklifts (sit-down) and other moving equipment.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and leadership abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong computer skills.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience preferred.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with warehouse workers.

Work Environment

The position operates on the 1st shift from 8am to 4:30pm in a new 575,000 square foot building. The warehouse is heated in the winter and equipped with fans for summer, maintaining a comfortable environment even in hot weather. The facility stores and ships manufactured food with a strong spice smell, adhering to OSHA standards with required safety shoes such as steel toe or composite.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mickleton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
