Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business Shift Details: Sun 3.30pm - Finish, Tues - Thursday - 4.30pm - Finish with Mon off. Pay Details: $21.50/hr, includes shift differential when applicable. $3000 SIGN ON BONUS! Summary of Role: Under direct supervision, handles and maintains the flow of materials and products in warehouses with varying degrees of automation according to established standards. Performs in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures. This position is categorized as compliance critical and, as such, requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Order fulfillment - stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders. Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies. Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution. Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries. Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment). Education: High school diploma or equivalent Work Experience Able to work in climate-controlled facility. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards. Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important. Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery) Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis. Skills and Knowledge: Ability to read and understand the English language Nice to have: Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less) Able to work with RF scanning equipment Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift) Ability to stand for long periods of time What Cencora offers We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members' ability to live with purpose every day. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
